  7. Call archiving You accept and acknowledge that any calls you place using the phone numbers provided on the Websites may be monitored and/or recorded by us. The caliber of the service providers who may provide services is not guaranteed by us.
  8. Our partners each have their own specifications, and they may prescreen service providers as necessary. Despite the fact that the majority of service professionals are fully legitimate, certified, and licensed in their field, there is a possibility that some of them could elude detection because they lack the necessary business licenses and filings, criminal background checks, sex offender checks, identity verification using social security numbers, legal searches for civil judgments, etc. Many of our partners perform some or all of this pre-screening, but they normally do it at the beginning of the verification process for the service professional and don’t consider anything that might have negatively affected them after the first screening procedures. 8. Severability

  1. If any clause or portion of this agreement is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, just that clause or portion, not the entirety of the agreement, shall be deemed invalid.
